I got a new P365 the other day and when I got home immediately noticed an issue (I know I should have tested at the store). Build: January 2021. I have two p365's and have had zero rust issues. On some warm days I have pulled my holster off my belt and found moisture on both the holster and the firearm. They will do whatever is necessary to return it to specifications. Call Sig customer service back and let them know that old extractor is unavailable. They should know this. Ask how you initiate a return request for warranty repair.I have a P365, born 5/16/18, which makes a noticeably dull thud sound when dry fired. This sound was mentioned previously by fedupmech on his 5/24/18 SigTalk post "Finally got to hold a P365" and by ShootAlot44 in his 5/30/18 post "P365 - What we know". With over 4k rounds and 4 years EDC, reliability has been perfect on my standard P365. The pinky thing is easy to get over with training, or mag base extensions. Sig has been known to say 350 to 500 rounds. The P365 is a small, tight tolerance 9mm. It does need to mate the parts together for smooth and reliable operation. The 9mm P365 models are my daily drivers while the .380 is a bedside option and a range gun. My wife is more comfortable with a .380 and if I'm ever away from the house, it's available should the need arise.The P365 doesn't always take the same sights as other P series Sigs, like the P320. The other P series Sigs don't have the "hump" in the slide that is on the P365. ...
