There are many videos on youtube on how to change the module. I swoped from an original p365 to XL wilson combat grip module. Best decision i have made. FMJ was fired from one of my 10 round mags. (without the pinky extension.) I’m left handed, do not ride the slide, and limp wristing is not and never has been an issue with me.To my understanding none of the metal grip modules share holster compatibility with the own grip modules. i believe sig will eventually release an axg grip module for the p365 series it just won't be a legion. The trigger on my P365 has settled in at 5-5.5 lbs. TThe Sig Sauer P229 has a double-action trigger press weight of about ten pounds. Once the hammer is cocked after the first shot, the single-action weight is about 4.5 pounds. Your Ruger is right at 6 lbs.this weekend I taught a concealed carry course in the New York area, two of my students had the P365 model. one may have been slightly different than the other but both pistols had trigger creep awful feel. No clean break like I'm used to. I have 226 is, 229 to 210, 220, 320s none of them have a trigger like that.
The down side is they are small parts but the upside is any 365 can be converted. The P365 platform is very versatile. As a note the parts are also relatively inexpensive if you shop around. Still own one XL and the X. They have become my EDC's, not both at the same time, and I am very pleased with them. With a MagGuts +2 spring kit, I get 15 rounds out of their 12-round mags with one in the pipe. 1 - first, figure out what shooting fundamentals work for you - grip and stance among them (you have to be balanced and comfortable). Shoot more to settle those in as the foundation of everything else. The ergonomics/mechanics have to work for you (isosceles, weaver, modified weaver etc- each has pros and cons).The standard P365 will offer the best concealability and you can still use 12-round mags. However the longer frame on the P365 will make for a better shooter. Even with the 12-round extended mag in a std P365 I find I can handle and shoot the P365X better. Did not realize there was a difference until I read that. Checked my slides and I have 2 of each, my NRA 365 dated April 30, 2019 and my SAS slide purchased in January 2020 are the new type.My P365 has a CT LG, so finding holsters made for that combo can be challenging. ...
